How it works
Pick up to six things and they line up in 3D, all at their real size, next to a person your height. Set your own height in the panel and the figure changes to match. Use From the ground to stand at the front of the line and look up.
Where the sizes come from
Every size comes from a published figure, listed with its source under each lineup: NOAA and museum figures for animals, museum reconstructions for dinosaurs and megalodon, and U.S. Army, Air Force and Navy fact sheets for military vehicles, aircraft and ships. Animals vary, and prehistoric sizes are estimates, so the pages give ranges.
